Current Academic Support Administrator and MSTCM alumnus, Dr. Eric Rosenberg, traveled to Zhengzhou, China to be a student at the Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as part of his studies at ACTCM.

ACTCM offers grads opportunity to study in China while earning CEUs. Participants will have access to three departments: Acupuncture, Tui Na and Internal Medicine.
Department of Internal Medicine – In this department, the physicians use Chinese herbs for treating various diseases, such as insomnia, hypertension, digestive system disorders, respiratory system disorders, and cardiovascular system disorders.
Department of Acupuncture – This department provides treatments for the diseases of motor-nervous system, such as sequelae of stroke, peripheral facial paralysis, and prolapsed lumbar intrervertebral disc. In addition, acupuncture is used for ulcerative colitis, anaphylaxis asthma; chronic backache and arthralgia.
Department of Tui Na – This department uses traditional Tui Na to treat cervical spondylopathy, prolapsed lumbar intervertebral disc, lumbar spondylolisthesis, arthritis, and other spinal diseases.

About Speaker, Eric Rosenberg, CMT, L.Ac
Eric received his MSTCM from ACTCM in 2016. Eric also has completed over 500 clinical hours of hospital training abroad, at Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Zhengzhou, China studying Tui na and Acupuncture orthopedics, as well as Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, China. He has a private practice in the Inner Richmond district of San Francisco specializing in Orthopedics, and works at a community acupuncture clinic in the Mission district. Eric has recently returned to ACTCM to complete a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, as well as the position of Academic Support Administrator and adjunct faculty for the MSTCM/DACM programs.
