Ken Lau is the associate manager of a Natural Healing Center in Marin County and in private practice in Mountain View. He seeks to further unify Western medical understanding with the philosophy of Eastern medicine and its comprehensive generalities of the body. Previously he worked in a hospital setting where he was able to combine modalities such as physical therapy and acupuncture to work side by side on patients with limited mobility. He sees acupuncture becoming more sought after especially by veterans after the opioid crisis. Ken believes TCM is an effective and cost efficient way to treat chronic pain and its emotional components.
