Tui Na Massage: Tui Na is an ancient form of Chinese physical therapy that is approximately 2,000 years old. Tui Na provides stress relief, and treats (or complements) many conditions, including musculoskeletal disorders and chronic stress-related disorders of the digestive, respiratory, and reproductive systems.

Tui Na Hours:

Shiatsu and Reiki Massage:
Shiatsu is a Japanese form of bodywork similar to acupressure and acupuncture that concentrates on unblocking the flow of Qi (energy) and restoring balance in the body in order to promote self-healing. Shiatsu massage treats common psychological and physical complaints, such as depression, anxiety, nausea, stiffness, headaches, arthritis, cramps, or pulled muscles.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands,” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive.

Shiatsu Hours:
Tuesday              9am–12:20pm
Thursday            5pm–9pm

Reiki Hours:
