Descriptions, please choose from the department options at the left. ACTCM courses are numbered according to the level of study as follows: 400-499 for undergraduate General Science and Foundation courses 500-599 for courses developing basic competencies and providing foundation for advanced studies 600-699 for advanced courses or courses on specialized subjects. 700-799 for postgraduate courses
Each course also has a letter designation according to the academic department in which it falls. ACTCM has the following academic departments: Chinese Medicine (CM); Acupuncture Theory and Technique (AT); Herbal Medicine (HM); Biomedical Sciences (WM); Clinical Training (CT); and General Science and Foundation Courses (FC).
Prerequisites and Electives Course prerequisites for all courses are noted. Unless otherwise indicated, a sequence of courses (e.g., TCM Diagnosis I, II and III) must be taken in order, with earlier courses being prerequisites for later courses.
