Students meet with the Academic Advisor prior to the start of each quarter to review their course schedule and discuss any issues or questions. Students are also encouraged to discuss academic or professional issues with the Dean of the Masters Program, Dean of Clinical Education, the Academic Advisor, or the Dean of Student Servicesall of whom maintain an open door policy. Faculty members and student representatives are also available to help guide students during their course of study. 

Should a student encounter difficulties with a particular course, tutors are available to provide assistance for a nominal fee. Students who are required to seek additional assistance at the request of a faculty member may receive this assistance at no charge. ACTCM also offers study review sessions for some classes.
