An ACTCM student studies in the Dr. Shuji Goto library.

For many years Dr. Goto was a significant contributor to ACTCM, and from 1994 until 2003 he served as Chairman of the Board of Directors. In acknowledgement of his important achievements, the ACTCM Board of Directors has bestowed upon Dr. Goto the honorary title of Chair Emeritus and named the college's library in his honor.
